This company's plan, how it is paid, trial and grace dates, whether it is read-only, usage against the plan (Evenbead agent transactions, bank-feed accounts), invoices and prices. Reading is never metered.

POST/v1/billing/checkout

Choose a plan: a Stripe Checkout page for the subscription (a running trial continues until it ends; nothing is charged before). The company's own owner or CPA only (agents, AI apps and firm members refused). Not an MCP tool.

POST/v1/billing/portal

Stripe's Customer Portal: card, billing details, invoices, cancelling. Plan changes are made here in Evenbead (POST /v1/billing/plan). The company's own owner or CPA only (agents, AI apps and firm members refused). Not an MCP tool.

POST/v1/billing/plan

Change plan or billing interval. Upgrades and monthly → annual apply at once and the difference for the rest of the period is charged now; downgrades and annual → monthly apply at the end of the paid period. During a trial, at once and free. The company's own owner or CPA only (agents, AI apps and firm members refused). Not an MCP tool.

Cancel at the end of the paid period (cancel: true), or keep the subscription (false). After it ends the books are read-only; export always works; choosing a plan again reactivates at once. The company's own owner or CPA only (agents, AI apps and firm members refused). Not an MCP tool.
